Lt.-Col. Charles Rankin Scott was the son of James Henry Scott and Mina Maria Balfour Dunlop.2 He married Lady Elizabeth Louise Margaret Meade, daughter of Arthur Vesey Meade, 5th Earl of Clanwilliam and Muriel Mary Temple Stephenson, on 7 October 1933.1 He died on 4 December 1965.2
