     Charles Cholmondeley was born on 6 June 1770.1 He was the son of Thomas Cholmondeley and Dorothy Cowper.1 He married Caroline Elizabeth Smythe, daughter of Nicholas Smythe and Anna Maria Leighton, on 13 January 1794.1 He died on 5 December 1846 at age 76.1
     He lived at Overleigh, Cheshire, EnglandG.1

     Nicholas Owen Smythe Owen was born in 1769.3 He was the son of Nicholas Smythe and Anna Maria Leighton.1,2 He married Henrietta Jemima Townsend, daughter of James Townsend and Henrietta Rose Pergrina du Plessis.2 He died on 30 January 1804, without issue.2
     He lived at Condover, Shropshire, EnglandG.1 He was given the name of Nicholas Owen Smythe at birth.2 On 4 February 1790 his name was legally changed to Nicholas Owen Smythe Owen by Royal Licence.2
