     Violet Frances Parson was the daughter of F. J. Parson.2 She married Captain Arnold Heriot-Maitland-Dougall, son of William Heriot-Maitland-Dougall and Charlotte Isabella King, on 8 December 1937.1 She died on 25 June 1974.1
     From 8 December 1937, her married name became Heriot-Maitland-Dougall.1

     Eve Diana Heriot-Maitland-Dougall was born on 15 September 1936.1 She was the daughter of Colonel Wilmot Edward Heriot-Maitland-Dougall and Mary Louisa Schreiber.2 She married, firstly, Major Arthur John French, son of Lt.-Col. George Arthur French and Katherine Lorne Heriot-Maitland, on 23 May 1959.1 She and Major Arthur John French were divorced in 1977.1 She married, secondly, Desmond Saville Hunter in 1977.1 She and Desmond Saville Hunter were divorced in 1993.1 She died on 3 February 2019 at age 82.3
     Eve Diana Heriot-Maitland-Dougall usually went by her middle name of Diana.3 From 23 May 1959, her married name became French. From 1977, her married name became Hunter.1 She lived in 2003 at The Priest's House, Sutton Montis, Yeovil, Somerset, EnglandG.1

     Lt.-Col. George Arthur French was born on 1 July 1900.2 He was the son of Colonel George Arthur French and Annie Elizabeth Jefferies.3,4 He married, firstly, Katherine Lorne Heriot-Maitland, daughter of Brig.-Gen. James Dalgleish Heriot-Maitland and Mary Turner Scrymgeour-Wedderburn, on 20 April 1933.1 He married, secondly, Diana Margaret Honoria Stack, daughter of Reverend Charles Robert Rowan Stack and Eliza Hester Rowan, on 11 February 1956.2 He died on 27 August 1978 at age 78 at County Wexford, Ireland.5
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the Palestine Campaign between 1936 and 1938.2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He was commander of the 8th Battalion, Manchester Regiment between 1942 and 1944.2 He was commander of the 3 Beach Group, North-West Europe in 1945.2 He was commander of the 9th Buffs in 1945.2 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1945.1 He was commander of the 1st Battalion, Irish Fusiliers between 1946 and 1947.2 He was commander of the 5th Battalion, (Territorial Army) Royal Irish Regiment between 1947 and 1949.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.1 He retired from the military in 1949, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, late of the Royal Irish Fusiliers.2 He lived in 1976 at Newbay, County Wexford, IrelandG.2
