     Henrietta Hobart was born circa 1688.3 She was the daughter of Sir Henry Hobart, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Maynard.1,3 She married, firstly, Charles Howard, 9th Earl of Suffolk, son of Henry Howard, 5th Earl of Suffolk and Mary Stewart, on 2 March 1705/6.3 She married, secondly, Hon. George Berkeley, son of Charles Berkeley, 2nd Earl of Berkeley and Hon. Elizabeth Noel, on 26 June 1735.1 She died on 26 July 1767.1
     From 2 March 1705/6, her married name became Howard. After her marriage, Henrietta Hobart was styled as Countess of Suffolk on 22 June 1731. From 26 June 1735, her married name became Berkeley.1 She held the office of Lady Bedchamber to the consort of King Goerge II, and was the latter’s mistress.3 She was allegedly instrumental in procuring an earldom for her brother.3

     Sir Henry Hobart, 4th Bt. was born circa 1658.2 He was the son of Sir John Hobart, 3rd Bt. and Mary Hampden.2 He married Elizabeth Maynard, daughter of Joseph Maynard and Mary Mosley, on 9 July 1684.3 He died on 21 August 1698 at Cawston Heath, EnglandG, killed in a duel with Oliver Le Neve (who was found guilty of manslaughter).2 He was buried on 26 August 1698 at Blickling, Norfolk, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 11 August 1699.2
     He was appointed Knight on 29 September 1671 at Blickling, Norfolk, EnglandG, by King Charles II.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lynn in 1681.2 He gained the title of 4th Baronet Hobart, of Intwood, Norfolk [E., 1611] on 22 August 1683.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk from 1689 to 1690.2 He gained the rank of General of the Horse in the army of King William III.2 He fought in the Battle of the Boyne in 1690, where he was Equerry to King William III.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Beeralston from 1694 to 1695.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk between 1695 and 1698.2 His last will was dated 21 August 1698.

     Elizabeth Maynard was born circa 1667.2 She was the daughter of Joseph Maynard and Mary Mosley.1,2 She married Sir Henry Hobart, 4th Bt., son of Sir John Hobart, 3rd Bt. and Mary Hampden, on 9 July 1684.1 She died on 22 August 1701 at Gunnesbury, Ealing, London, EnglandG, from consumption.2
     From 9 July 1684, her married name became Hobart.

     Hon. George Berkeley was born after 1680.1 He was the son of Charles Berkeley, 2nd Earl of Berkeley and Hon. Elizabeth Noel.1 He married Henrietta Hobart, daughter of Sir Henry Hobart, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Maynard, on 26 June 1735.1 He died on 29 October 1746, without surviving issue.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)2 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.3

     Henry Howard, 10th Earl of Suffolk was born on 1 January 1706/7.1 He was the son of Charles Howard, 9th Earl of Suffolk and Henrietta Hobart.1 He married Sarah Inwen, daughter of Thomas Inwen, on 13 May 1735.1 He died on 22 April 1745 at age 38.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Beeralston between 1728 and 1733.1 He succeeded as the 10th Earl of Suffolk [E., 1603] on 28 September 1733.1

     Sarah Inwen was the daughter of Thomas Inwen.1 She married, firstly, Henry Howard, 10th Earl of Suffolk, son of Charles Howard, 9th Earl of Suffolk and Henrietta Hobart, on 13 May 1735.2 She married, secondly, Lucius Charles Cary, 7th Viscount of Falkland, son of Lucius Henry Cary, 6th Viscount of Falkland and Dorothy Molyneux, on 10 October 1752.1 She died on 27 May 1776.1
     After her marriage, Sarah Inwen was styled as Countess of Suffolk on 13 May 1735. From 13 May 1735, her married name became Howard. After her marriage, Sarah Inwen was styled as Viscountess Falkland on 10 October 1752. From 10 October 1752, her married name became Cary.

     John Joshua Proby, Lord Proby was born on 3 April 1823.2 He was the son of Admiral Granville Leveson Proby, 3rd Earl of Carysfort and Isabella Howard.1 He died on 19 November 1858 at age 35 at Melrose, Puney, Surrey, EnglandG, in the lifetime of the father unmarried.1,2
     He matriculated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 28 November 1840.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1844 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was styled as Lord Proby between 1855 and 1858.1
