     Helen May Dudley was the daughter of James Garrard Dudley.2 She married Hon. Amyas Stafford Northcote, son of Stafford Henry Northcote, 1st Earl of Iddesleigh and Cecilia Frances Farrer, on 14 May 1890.1 She died on 20 November 1936.1
     From 14 May 1890, her married name became Northcote.

     Reverend Dudley Stafford Northcote was born on 28 April 1891.1 He was the son of Hon. Amyas Stafford Northcote and Helen May Dudley.2 He died on 28 May 1955 at age 64, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.1 He was Relief Officer of the Lord Mayor's Fund for Soviet Armenia between 1920 and 1925.1 He was the Vicar between 1928 and 1946 at St. Luke's, Bermondsey, London, EnglandG.1 He was the Rector in 1946 at Upton Pyne, Devon, EnglandG.1

     Lady Agnes Mary Cecilia Northcote was born on 13 August 1848.2 She was the daughter of Stafford Henry Northcote, 1st Earl of Iddesleigh and Cecilia Frances Farrer.3 She was baptised on 11 September 1848 at Holy Trinity, St. Marylebone, London, EnglandG.2 She married Sir Reginald Macleod, 27th of MacLeod, son of Norman Macleod, 25th of MacLeod and Hon. Louisa Barbara St. John, on 17 April 1877.1 She died on 26 October 1921 at age 73 at Hollingbourne, Kent, EnglandG.1,2
     From 17 April 1877, her married name became MacLeod.

     Sir Reginald Macleod, 27th of MacLeod was born on 1 February 1847.3 He was the son of Norman Macleod, 25th of MacLeod and Hon. Louisa Barbara St. John.3 He married Lady Agnes Mary Cecilia Northcote, daughter of Stafford Henry Northcote, 1st Earl of Iddesleigh and Cecilia Frances Farrer, on 17 April 1877.3 He died on 20 August 1935 at age 88.3
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.3 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.3 He was Queen's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer in Scotland between 1889 and 1900.3 He held the office of Registrar-General of Births, Deaths and Marriages in England between 1900 and 1902.3 He held the office of Under-Secretary for Scotland between 1902 and 1909.3 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1905.3 He lived in 1911 at Vinters Park, Maidstone, Kent, EnglandG.4 He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 29 November 1928.3

     Frederick Shelley was born on 31 August 1849.2 He is the son of Rev. Sir Frederick Shelley, 8th Bt. and Charlotte Martha Hippisley.1,2 He married Lady Margaret Stafford Northcote, daughter of Stafford Henry Northcote, 1st Earl of Iddesleigh and Cecilia Frances Farrer, on 1 June 1882.1 He died on 21 January 1925 at age 75.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.2
