     Lt.-Col. William Alexander Godley was the son of John Godley and Katharine Daly.² He married Laura Bird, daughter of Reverend Godfrey Bird.¹ He died on 24 September 1880.¹

     Robert Fowler was born on 15 March 1824.² He was the son of Robert Fowler and Jane Anne Crichton.^3,2 He married Laetitia Mabella Coddington, daughter of Henry Barry Coddington and Maria Crawford, on 30 September 1856.² He died on 23 October 1897 at age 73.²
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)² He was admitted to King's Inns in 1850 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Meath.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Meath.³ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Meath in 1871.² He lived at Rathmoylan, County Meath, Ireland^G.³ He lived at Rahinston, County Meath, Ireland^G.¹

     Louisa Marion Fowler was the daughter of Robert Fowler and Laetitia Mabella Coddington.^2,3 She married General Sir Alexander John Godley, son of Lt.-Col. William Alexander Godley and Laura Bird, on 17 September 1898.¹ She died on 29 June 1939, without issue.¹
     From 17 September 1898, her married name became Godley.

     Godfrey Archibald Godley was born on 13 October 1871.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. William Alexander Godley and Laura Bird.² He married Ruth Shepstone, daughter of unknown Shepstone, in 1899.¹ He died on 31 December 1934 at age 63.¹
     He was with the South African Civil Service in 1900.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.¹

     Sir Theophilus Shepstone was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)¹

     Ruth Shepstone was the daughter of unknown Shepstone.¹ She married Godfrey Archibald Godley, son of Lt.-Col. William Alexander Godley and Laura Bird, in 1899.¹ She died on 8 October 1958.¹
     From 1899, her married name became Godley.

     Sally V. Mount was born circa 1945.¹ She was the daughter of Alan Reginald d'Arcy Mount and Margaret Ruth Barnett-Gow.¹ She married Christopher Charles Kevill-Davies, son of Christopher Evelyn Kevill-Davies and Virginia Louisa Hopwood, in 1974.¹
     From 1974, her married name became Kevill-Davies.¹
