Marie Ethel Crosbie was the daughter of S/Ldr. Ernest Christopher Crosbie.1 She married Hugh Gater Jenkins, Baron Jenkins of Putney, son of Joseph Walter Jenkins and Florence Emily Gater, in 1936.1 She died in 1989.1
From 1936, her married name became Jenkins.1 After her marriage, Marie Ethel Crosbie was styled as Baroness Jenkins of Putney on 14 May 1981.

John Savile, 1st Baron Savile of Rufford was born illegitimately on 6 January 1818.1 He was the son of John Lumley-Savile, 8th Earl of Scarbrough and Agnes (?)1 He died on 28 November 1896 at age 78, unmarried.1

William Abernethy, 2nd Lord Saltoun of Abernethy was the son of Laurence Abernethy, 1st Lord Saltoun of Abernethy and Margaret (?)1 He married, firstly, unknown wife (?)1 He married, secondly, Isabella Borthwick before 1464.1 He died in June 1488, perhaps at the Battle of Sauchieburn in which King James III was overthrown by rebels led by his own son and successor, without male issue.1
He held the office of Sheriff of Banffshire in February 1458/59.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Saltoun of Abernethy [S., 1445] before 13 March 1460/61.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Scotland] before 20 March 1482/83.1
