Sir Anthony Rouse was the son of Sir Richard Rouse and Elinor Marvyn.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Southcote, daughter of Thomas Southcote and Grace Barnhouse. He married, secondly, Philippa Colles, daughter of Humphrey Colles.2 He married, thirdly, Susan Pollard, daughter of Sir Lewis Pollard, on 13 September 1620.2 He died circa 17 November 1620.3 He was buried on 20 November 1620 at St. Dominick, Cornwall, England.

Sir Francis Northcote, 3rd Bt. was born before 1655.1 He was the son of Sir Arthur Northcote, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Godolphin.2 He married Anne Wrey, daughter of Sir Chichester Wrey, 3rd Bt. and Lady Anne Bourchier, on 26 July 1688.1 He died in 1709, without issue.1
