     Eleanor Watson was the daughter of Edward Watson, 2nd Baron Rockingham and Lady Anne Wentworth.2,3 She married Thomas Leigh, 2nd Baron Leigh of Stoneleigh, son of Hon. Sir Thomas Leigh and Jane FitzMaurice, on 25 October 1679.1 She died in 1705.4
     After her marriage, Eleanor Watson was styled as Baroness Leigh of Stoneleigh on 25 October 1679. From 25 October 1679, her married name became Leigh.1
