Sir Timothy Carew O'Brien, 3rd Bt.1

     Sir Timothy Carew O'Brien, 3rd Bt. was born on 5 November 1861.1 He was the son of Timothy O'Brien and Mary O'Dwyer.1 He married Gundrerde Annette Teresa de Trafford, daughter of Sir Humphrey de Trafford, 2nd Bt. and Lady Annette Mary Talbot, on 22 September 1885.1 He died on 9 December 1948 at age 87.1
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England.2 Between 1880 and 1884 he played two cricket tests for England in Australia.3 He was educated at New Inn Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Derbyshire Yeomanry Cavalry.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 5th Battalion, Royal Irish Fusiliers.1 Between 1895 and 1896 he played three cricket tests for England in South Africa, as captain in teh first match.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet O'Brien, of Merrion Square, Dublin and Borris-in-Ossory, Queen's County [U.K., 1849] on 25 April 1895.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 5th Battalion, Royal Irish Fusiliers.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Cork.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Cork.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.2 He gained the rank of Temporary Major in the Remount Service.1

     Gundrerde Annette Teresa de Trafford was born on 9 October 1860.2 She was the daughter of Sir Humphrey de Trafford, 2nd Bt. and Lady Annette Mary Talbot.1,2 She married Sir Timothy Carew O'Brien, 3rd Bt., son of Timothy O'Brien and Mary O'Dwyer, on 22 September 1885.1 She died on 17 December 1952 at age 92.1
     From 22 September 1885, her married name became O'Brien.1

     Sir Joshua Thelluson Rowley, 5th Bt. was born on 8 February 1838.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Robert Rowley, 4th Bt. and Hon. Maria Louisa Vanneck.1 He married Hon. Louisa Helene Brownlow, daughter of Charles Brownlow, 2nd Baron Lurgan and Hon. Emily Anne Browne, on 19 October 1887.1 He died on 23 April 1931 at age 93.1
     He was awarded the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Officers' Decoration (V.D.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the 5th Battalion, Suffolk Regiment.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Rowley, of Tendring, Suffolk [G.B, 1786] on 8 September 1888.1
