Hon. Francis George Molyneux was born on 5 March 1805.2 He was the son of William Philip Molyneux, 2nd Earl of Sefton and Hon. Maria Margaret Craven.2,3 He married Lady Georgiana Jemima Ashburnham, daughter of George Ashburnham, 3rd Earl of Ashburnham and Lady Charlotte Percy, in 1842.4 He died on 24 May 1886 at age 81.1
