Hon. Catherine Adela de Courcy was born in 1831.2 She was the daughter of John Stapleton de Courcy, 21st Lord Kingsale and Sarah Chadder.3 She married Lt.-Col. Severus William Lynam Stretton, son of unknown Stretton, on 24 October 1851.1 She died on 17 October 1910.1

Lt.-Col. Severus William Lynam Stretton was born in 1793.2 He was the son of unknown Stretton.3 He married Hon. Catherine Adela de Courcy, daughter of John Stapleton de Courcy, 21st Lord Kingsale and Sarah Chadder, on 24 October 1851.1 He died on 23 November 1884 at Southampton, Hampshire, England.1,2
He was commissioned in 1810 with the rank of Ensign, in the service of the Nottinghamshire Militia.2 He fought in the Battle of Vitoria, where he was wounded.2 He fought in the Peninsular Wars.2 He gained the rank of Major in 1831 in the 64th Regiment.2 He fought in the Lieutenant-Colonel in 1842, 64th Regiment.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1848 in the 40th Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Southampton in 1862.2

Hon. William Almericus de Courcy was born on 11 October 1810.1 He was the son of Capt. Hon. Michael de Courcy and Catherine de Lisle.2 He married Charlotte Weymouth, daughter of Jacob Weymouth, on 14 November 1839.1 He died on 5 July 1867 at age 56.1
He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Navy.1 In 1836 he was granted the rank of a baron's younger son.1
