     Captain Edmund Blood was the son of Thomas Blood and Frances Delafaye.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Army.1 Circa 1734 Captain Edmund Blood lived at Albany, Albany County, New York, U.S.A.G, with his family.1

     William Blood was the son of Colonel Thomas Blood and Mary Holcroft.1 He died circa 1688 at sea off the coast of GuineaG, without issue.1
     He was a steward aboard the HMS Jersey in 1679.1

     Major-General Holcroft Blood was born circa 1657.2 He was the son of Colonel Thomas Blood and Mary Holcroft.1 He married Elizabeth (?) in a childless marriage.2 He died on 19 August 1707, without legtimate issue.2
     He fought in the Third Dutch War from 1672 to 1673, in the fleet.2 He held the office of Clerk of Crown and Peace for County Clare in 1679.1 He gained the rank of Cadet in the King Louis XIV's Guards.2 He gained the rank of Captain of Pioneers in 1688 in the King James II's Army.2 He fought in the Battle of Boyne, during which he was wounded.2 He and Dorothy Cooke were associated.2 He fought in the capture of Athlone.2 He fought in the Seige of Limerick.2 He entered the service of King William III.2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1692 in the Colonel John Foulke's Regiment of Foot.2 He fought in the Siege of Venloo, as the Chief Engineer.2 He fought in the Battle of Blenheim, during which he commanded the artillery under Marlborough.2 He gained the rank of Major-General in the Army.2 He fought in the Battle of Ramillies, as the commanding officer of artillery.2

     Elizabeth (?) married Major-General Holcroft Blood, son of Colonel Thomas Blood and Mary Holcroft, in a childless marriage.1 Her will (dated 8 February 1721/2) was proven (by probate) on 23 December 1726 at London, EnglandG.1
     Her married name became Blood.1
