Elizabeth Frances Vesey was born circa 1795. She was the daughter of Reverend Thomas Agmondisham Vesey and Anna Maria Murray.1 She married Rowley Miller, son of John Miller and Margaret Oulton, in 1841 at Ardagh, County Limerick, IrelandG.2,3 She died on 18 August 1889.

Rowley Miller was born in 1781.2 He was the son of John Miller and Margaret Oulton.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Torrens, daughter of Reverend Thomas Torrens and Jane Maxwell.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Frances Vesey, daughter of Reverend Thomas Agmondisham Vesey and Anna Maria Murray, in 1841 at Ardagh, County Limerick, IrelandG.3,2 He died in July 1866.
He gained the rank of officer in 1798 in the Derry Militia.4 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Londonderry between 1861 and 1862.2 He lived at Moneymore, County Londonderry, Ireland.1
