Thomas Crosbie1

     Thomas Crosbie was the son of Sir Thomas Crosbie and Elizabeth Hamilton.2 He married Lady Margaret Barry, daughter of Richard Barry, 2nd Earl of Barrymore and Martha Lawrence, in 1711.1 He died in 1730, from exposure and fatigue in saving crew and cargo of the Golden Lyoll (Danish silver robbery scandal).2 His will was proven (by probate) on 12 May 1731.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kerry from 1708 to 1709.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kerry in 1712.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dingle between 1713 and 1731.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kerry in 1714.2 He lived at Ballyheigue, County Kerry, IrelandG.1 His last will was dated 18 August 1724.2
