     Reverend Hon. Richard Ashburnham was born on 27 July 1848.¹ He was the son of Bertram Ashburnham, 4th Earl of Ashburnham and Lady Katherine Charlotte Baillie.¹ He died on 8 December 1882 at age 34.¹

     F/O Guy Rawstron Branch was born on 27 October 1913 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England^G.^2,3 He was the son of Charles Churchill Branch and Mary Madelaine Bernadette Rawstron.^4,5 He married Lady Prudence Mary Pelham, daughter of Jocelyn Brudenell Pelham, 6th Earl of Chichester and Ruth Buxton, on 25 March 1939.¹ He died on 11 August 1940 at age 26, killed in action.¹
     He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He gained the rank of Flying Officer in the Auxiliaryl Air Force.¹ He fought in the Battle of Britain.¹

     Richard F. Norman was born on 28 March 1917 at London, England^G.¹ He was the son of Ronald Collet Norman and Lady Florence Sibell Bridgeman. He married Maria Cristina Walford, daughter of Leopold Walford and Cristina de Borbón y de Muguiro, Duquesa de Marchena, on 24 June 1944 at St. James's, Spanish Place, London, England^G.¹ He died in 1994 at Westminster, London, England^G.¹

     Hon. George Ashburnham was born on 21 October 1863.¹ He was the son of Bertram Ashburnham, 4th Earl of Ashburnham and Lady Katherine Charlotte Baillie.¹ He died on 23 March 1911 at age 47 at Wimbledon, London, England, unmarried.^1,2

     Elizabeth Stephenson Douglas was the daughter of Samuel Douglas.¹ She married Sir Robert Abercromby of Birkenbog, 5th Bt., son of Sir George Abercromby of Birkenbog, 4th Bt. and Hon. Jane Ogilvy, on 22 October 1816.¹ She died on 28 December 1863.¹
     Her married name became Abercromby.
