     Captain William Raigersfeld Phillimore was born on 24 March 1884.2 He was the son of Admiral Henry Bouchier Phillimore and Anne Ellen Bourdillon.2 He married Vera Winifred Eyres, daughter of Sir Henry Charles Augustus Eyres and Penelope Louisa Townsend, on 15 April 1914 at Istanbul, Turkey.2,3 He died on 3 May 1950 at age 66.2
