Henrietta Constance Heygate1

     Henrietta Constance Heygate was the daughter of Sir Frederick William Heygate, 2nd Bt. and Marianne Gage.1,2 She married, firstly, Samuel Maxwell Alexander, son of John Alexander and Margaret Maxwell, on 22 April 1884.1 She married, secondly, Captain Edward Leonard Aspinall Heygate, son of Major Edward Nicholas Heygate and Mary Jane Hammond, on 20 July 1897.1 She died on 21 September 1933.1
     From 22 April 1884, her married name became Alexander.1 From 20 July 1897, her married name became Heygate.

     Captain Edward Leonard Aspinall Heygate was born on 29 September 1858.2 He was the son of Major Edward Nicholas Heygate and Mary Jane Hammond.1,3 He married Henrietta Constance Heygate, daughter of Sir Frederick William Heygate, 2nd Bt. and Marianne Gage, on 20 July 1897.1 He died on 26 December 1922 at age 64.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal West Kent Regiment.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Herefordshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Herefordshire.1 He lived at Buckland, Leominster, Herefordshire, EnglandG.2

     Major Edward Nicholas Heygate was born on 23 June 1827.2 He was the son of Sir William Heygate, 1st Bt. and Isabella Mackmurdo.1,3 He married Mary Jane Hammond, daughter of John Leonard Hammond, on 24 September 1857.2 He died on 30 May 1896 at age 68.2
     He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, EnglandG.2 He was Honorary Major in the service of the Royal Engineers.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He lived at Buckland, Leominster, Herefordshire, EnglandG.1

     Sir William Heygate, 1st Bt. was born on 24 June 1782.1 He was the son of James Heygate and Sarah Unwin.2 He married Isabella Mackmurdo, daughter of Edward Longdon Mackmurdo, on 19 May 1821.1 He died on 28 August 1844 at age 62.1
     He held the office of Alderman of London.1 He held the office of Lord Mayor of London in 1822.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sudbury.1 He was created 1st Baronet Heygate, of Southend, Essex [U.K.] on 30 September 1831.1

     Sir Frederick William Heygate, 2nd Bt. was born on 4 September 1822.2 He was the son of Sir William Heygate, 1st Bt. and Isabella Mackmurdo.1,3 He married Marianne Gage, daughter of Conolly Gage, on 26 August 1851.2 He died on 14 November 1894 at age 72.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Heygate, of Southend, Essex [U.K., 1831] on 28 August 1844.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Londonderry between 1859 and 1874.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2
