Elizabeth Ferguson is the daughter of James Ferguson of Pitfour.2 She married Alexander Scrymgeour-Wedderburn of Birkhill, son of David Scrymgeour of Birkhill and Katherine Wedderburn.1

Henry Scrymgeour-Wedderburn was the son of David Scrymgeour of Birkhill and Katherine Wedderburn.2 He married Mary Turner Maitland, daughter of Captain Hon. Frederick Lewis Maitland of Rankeillour and Margaret Dick, on 5 April 1793 at JamaicaG.1,3 He died on 30 December 1841.1
He succeeded as the 9th Viscount Dudhope [S., 1641] in 1811, de jure.1 He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Dundee [S., 1660] in 1811, de jure.1 In August 1822 he attended King George IV as standard-bearer on his visit to Holyrood.1 He also had eight daughters.1
