Lady Annabella Paulet was born circa 1807. She was the daughter of Charles Ingoldsby Paulet, 13th Marquess of Winchester and Anne Andrews.2 She married Rear-Admiral William Ramsden, son of Sir John Ramsden, 4th Bt. and Hon. Louisa Susan Ingram-Shepheard, on 6 August 1827.2 She died on 26 May 1855.2
