     Hilary Beaujolais Glyn was born on 12 January 1916.¹ He was the son of Maurice George Carr Glyn and Hon. Maud Grosvenor.¹ He married Caroline Bull, daughter of William Perkins Bull, on 16 February 1938.¹ He died in 1995.¹
