George Colt1

     George Colt was baptised on 17 August 1614.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Colt and Bridget Kingsmill.2 He married Elizabeth Dutton, daughter of John Dutton and Elizabeth Baynton.1 He died on 20 January 1658/59 at age 44, drowned at sea, while in exile with King Charles II.1
     He lived at Colt's Hall, Suffolk, EnglandG.1

     John Dutton was the son of William Dutton and Anne Nicholas.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Baynton, daughter of Sir Henry Baynton and Lucy Danvers.3 He married, secondly, Anne King, daughter of Dr. John King and Joan Freeman.4 He died on 14 January 1657.5
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Gloucestershire.2 He lived at Sherborne, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)1

     John Dutton Colt was baptised on 16 March 1642/43.1 He was the son of George Colt and Elizabeth Dutton.2 He married, secondly, Margaret Cooke, daughter of Edward Cooke.1 He married, firstly, Mary Booth, daughter of John Booth, on 31 August 1671.1 He died circa April 1722.1 He was buried on 4 May 1722.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Leominster.1
