John Charles Thynne was born on 14 April 1838.1 He was the son of Reverend Lord John Thynne and Anne Constantia Beresford.1 He married Mary Elizabeth Mac Gregor, daughter of Sir John Athol Bannatyne Mac Gregor of Mac Gregor, 3rd Bt. and Mary Charlotte Hardy, on 25 April 1871.1 He died on 11 March 1918 at age 79.1

Elizabeth Ridge was born on 18 July 1746.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Ridge.1 She married, firstly, William Flower, 2nd Viscount Ashbrook, son of Henry Flower, 1st Viscount Ashbrook and Elizabeth Tatton, on 20 March 1766 at Northmoor, Exford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 She married, secondly, Reverend John Jones on 20 January 1790.1 She died on 22 February 1808 at age 61 at Shipston upon Stour, Worcestershire, EnglandG.1 She was buried at Shillingford, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 Her will was proven (by probate) in May 1808.1
After her marriage, Elizabeth Ridge was styled as Viscountess Ashbrook on 20 March 1766. From 20 March 1766, her married name became Flower.1 From 20 January 1790, her married name became Jones.1

Maj.-Gen. Sir Reginald Thomas Thynne was born on 23 December 1843.1 He was the son of Reverend Lord John Thynne and Anne Constantia Beresford.1 He married Louise Du Bois, daughter of Douglas Du Bois, on 6 May 1890.1 He died on 30 December 1926 at age 83.1
