Sir Ralph Gore, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir William Gore, 3rd Bt. and Hannah Hamilton.2,3 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Ashe, daughter of Rt. Rev. St. George Ashe.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Colville, daughter of Sir Robert Colville, in 1705.3 He died on 23 February 1732/33.3
He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)3 He inherited Manor Hamilton estate through his mother.3 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Gore, of Magherabegg, co. Donegal [I., 1622] between 1 March 1703 and 12 May 1705.2 He held the office of Chancellor of the Exchequer [Ireland].3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Donegal.3 He held the office of Speaker of the House of Commons [Ireland] in 1729.3
