Hon. Richard Oliver was born in 1830 at Penzance, Cornwall, EnglandG.2 He married Louis d'Este Courtney, daughter of John Sampson Courtney and Sarah Mortimer, on 19 August 1885 at Penzance, Cornwall, EnglandG.1,2 He died in 1910.3
