     Clement Archer was born circa 1751.2 He married Letitia Greene, daughter of John Greene and Catherine Toler, in May 1802 at Buxton, Derbyshire, EnglandG.1,2 He died on 5 September 1806 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2
     He held the office of State Surgeon in Ireland.1

Luke Dillon, 2nd Baron Clonbrock1

     Luke Dillon, 2nd Baron Clonbrock was born on 24 April 1780.1 He was the son of Robert Dillon, 1st Baron Clonbrock and Letitia Greene.1 He married Hon. Anastasia Blake, daughter of Joseph Henry Blake, 1st Baron Wallscourt and Lady Louisa Catherine Mary Bermingham, on 6 January 1803 at Ardfrey, County Galway, IrelandG.1,2 He died on 13 December 1826 at age 46 at Rathmines, County Dublin, IrelandG.1,2 His will was proven (by probate) in April 1827.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Clonbrock, of Clonbrock, co. Galway [I., 1790] on 22 July 1795.1 He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, on 29 April 1797.2 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1800 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1

Anastasia Blake was born on 31 October 1785.2 She was the daughter of Joseph Henry Blake, 1st Baron Wallscourt and Lady Louisa Catherine Mary Bermingham.1,2 She married Luke Dillon, 2nd Baron Clonbrock, son of Robert Dillon, 1st Baron Clonbrock and Letitia Greene, on 6 January 1803 at Ardfrey, County Galway, IrelandG.1,2 She died on 5 June 1816 at age 30 at Clonbrock, County Galway, IrelandG.1,2
     After her marriage, Hon. Anastasia Blake was styled as Baroness Clonbrock on 6 January 1803. From 6 January 1803, her married name became Dillon.1

     Hon. Louisa Harriet Dillon was the daughter of Luke Dillon, 2nd Baron Clonbrock and Hon. Anastasia Blake.1 She married John Congreve, son of Ambrose Ussher Congreve and Anne Jenkins, in November 1827.1 She died on 4 August 1881.1
     From November 1827, her married name became Congreve.1

John Congreve1

     John Congreve was born in 1801.2 He was the son of Ambrose Ussher Congreve and Anne Jenkins.3 He married Hon. Louisa Harriet Dillon, daughter of Luke Dillon, 2nd Baron Clonbrock and Hon. Anastasia Blake, in November 1827.1 He died on 2 June 1863.2
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Waterford.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Waterford in 1823.2 He lived at Mount Congreve, County Waterford, IrelandG.1
