Edward Cropper was born on 19 April 1799.2 He was the son of James Cropper and Mary Brinsdon.2 He married, secondly, Margaret Macaulay, daughter of Zachary Macaulay and Selina Anne Mills, in 1832.2 He married, thirdly, Hon. Margaret Denman, daughter of Thomas Denman, 1st Baron Denman of Dovedale and Theodosia Anne Vevers, on 10 August 1848.1 He died on 23 May 1877 at age 78.1,2

Sir William Owen, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir Arthur Owen, 3rd Bt. and Emma Williams.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Lloyd, daughter of Thomas Lloyd.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Williams, daughter of John Williams and Catherine Owen.1 He died on 7 May 1781.1
He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Pembrokeshire.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Pembroke between 1722 and 1774.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Owen, of Orielton, co. Pembroke [E., 1641] on 6 June 1753.1
