Evelyn Fountaine Villiers was born on 4 May 1875.1 He was the son of Reverend Charles Villiers and Florence Mary Tyssen-Amherst.2 He married Edith Ellen Scroffin, daughter of Richard Scroffin.1 He married, firstly, Muriel Wisden, daughter of Colonel unknown Wisden, in 1901.1 He died on 3 January 1955 at age 79.1
