     Dr. Anthony Beach Cowley was born on 2 August 1894 at Upton on Severn, Worcestershire, England.2 He was the son of John Selwyn Cowley and Lilian Fuller Fuller.2 He married Mary Mabel Bebington, daughter of John Robert Bebington and Florence Catherine Williamson, circa 10 May 1929 at St. John the Evangelist, Holland Park, London, England.2 He died in 1978 at Richmond upon Thames, Surrey, England.2
     He fought in the First World War, with the Colours, and was badly wounded.2 He lived at East Molesey, Surrey, EnglandG.1

     Sir John Child, 1st Bt. was the son of Theophilus Child and Francis Goodyear.1 He married Susanna Shackstone, daughter of John Shackstone, before 1678 at IndiaG.1 He died circa 1690, on board ship near Bombay.1 His will (dated 25 January 1689/90) was proven (by probate) on 25 February 1700/1, with a fortune of £100,000.1
     He was an East India merchant.1 He was president of the Council at Surat.1 He was created 1st Baronet Child, of the City of London [England] on 4 February 1684/85.1
