Captain Hampden Evans was the son of Eyre Evans and Sarah Dixon.2 He married Margaret Davis, daughter of Joshua Davis, in July 1769.1 He died on 22 April 1820.1

Rt. Hon. George Hampden Evans was the son of Captain Hampden Evans and Margaret Davis.2 He married Sophia Parnell, daughter of Sir John Parnell, 2nd Bt. and Laetitia Charlotte Brooke, on 21 August 1805.2 He died on 2 July 1842, without issue.2
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Dublin.2 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)2 He lived at Portrane, County Dublin, IrelandG.2
