     Colonel Hon. Charles Campbell was born after 1660. He was the son of Archibald Campbell, 9th Earl of Argyll and Lady Mary Stuart.1 He married, firstly, Lady Sophia Lindsay, daughter of Alexander Lindsay, 1st Earl of Balcarres and Lady Anne Mackenzie, in 1678.1 He married, secondly, Betty Bowles.1
     In 1685 he was forfeited for participation in his father's rebellion.1 In 1689 he was pardoned, and his attainder reversed.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Campbeltown [Scotland] in 1700.1

Sir Duncan Campbell of Auchinbreck, 4th Bt.1

     Sir Duncan Campbell of Auchinbreck, 4th Bt. was the son of Archibald Campbell of Knockamillie and Margaret Campbell.2 He married Lady Henrietta Lindsay, daughter of Alexander Lindsay, 1st Earl of Balcarres and Lady Anne Mackenzie, circa 28 February 1679/80.1 He died circa 1700.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Campbell, of Auchinbreck [N.S., 1628] circa 1662.1 In 1686 his title and estates were forfeited and the latter given to the 1st Earl of Melfort.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Argyllshire [Scotland] between 1689 and 1698, but he resigned his seat and turned Roman Catholic.1 In 1690 his forfeiture was rescinded.1

     Lady Anne Lindsay was the daughter of Colin Lindsay, 3rd Earl of Balcarres and Lady Jean Carnegie.1 She married, firstly, Alexander Erskine, 4th Earl of Kellie, son of Alexander Erskine, 3rd Earl of Kellie and Mary Dalzell, on 11 June 1699.2 She married, secondly, James Seton, 3rd Viscount Kingston, son of Alexander Seton, 1st Viscount Kingston and Elizabeth Douglas, before 16 April 1714.2 She died on 3 February 1743.1
     After her marriage, Lady Anne Lindsay was styled as Countess of Kellie on 11 June 1699. From 11 June 1699, her married name became Erskine. From before 16 April 1714, her married name became Seton.

     Alexander Erskine, 4th Earl of Kellie was baptised on 14 September 1677.1 He was the son of Alexander Erskine, 3rd Earl of Kellie and Mary Dalzell.1 He married Lady Anne Lindsay, daughter of Colin Lindsay, 3rd Earl of Balcarres and Lady Jean Carnegie, on 11 June 1699.1 He died on 8 March 1710 at age 32.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Viscount of Fentoun [S., 1606] on 14 September 1677.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Erskine of Dirletowne [S., 1604] on 14 September 1677.1 He succeeded as the 4th Lord Dirletoun [S., 1619] on 14 September 1677.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Kellie [S., 1619] on 14 September 1677.1 He succeeded as the 4th Viscount of Fentoun [S., 1619] on 14 September 1677.1

James Seton, 3rd Viscount Kingston1

     James Seton, 3rd Viscount Kingston was born on 29 January 1667.1 He was the son of Alexander Seton, 1st Viscount Kingston and Elizabeth Douglas.1 He married Lady Anne Lindsay, daughter of Colin Lindsay, 3rd Earl of Balcarres and Lady Jean Carnegie, before 16 April 1714.1 He died circa 1726, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Kingston [S., 1651] in 1714.1 He fought in the Jacobite Uprising in 1715.1 In 1716 he was attainted and his title forfeited.1 On his death, his title became extinct anyway.1

     Captain Colin Lindsay, Lord Cummerland was born between 1680 and 1689. He was the son of Colin Lindsay, 3rd Earl of Balcarres and Lady Jean Ker.2 He died in November 1708, unmarried.1
     He was styled as Master of Balcarres. He was styled as Lord Cummerland, with this name derived from a part of the Balcarres estate.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Duke of Marlborough.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Dragoons.1

     John Fleming, 6th Earl of Wigton was born circa 1674. He was the son of William Fleming, 5th Earl of Wigton and Lady Henrietta Seton. He married, thirdly, Euphemia Lockhart, daughter of George Lockhart, 2nd of Carnwath and Lady Euphemia Montgomerie.1 He married, firstly, Lady Margaret Lindsay, daughter of Colin Lindsay, 3rd Earl of Balcarres and Lady Jean Ker, on 14 March 1697/98. He and Lady Margaret Lindsay were divorced on 7 December 1708. He married, secondly, Lady Mary Keith, daughter of William Keith, 8th Earl Marischal and Lady Mary Drummond, on 8 February 1710. He died on 10 February 1743/44.
     He gained the title of 6th Earl of Wigton.

     Her married name became Fraser.

     Hon. James Fraser was the son of William Fraser, 12th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy and Margaret Sharp.1,2 He married Lady Eleanor Lindsay, daughter of Colin Lindsay, 3rd Earl of Balcarres and Lady Margaret Campbell, in March 1726.2 He died on 10 August 1729.2
     He lived at Lonmay, Aberdeenshire, ScotlandG.2
