     Owen Hampden Inskip was born on 24 May 1953.1 He is the son of John Hampden Inskip and Ann Howell Davies.2 He married Hon. Clare Elizabeth Anne Buxton, daughter of Rufus Alexander Buxton, 2nd Baron Noel-Buxton and Margaret Elizabeth Cloete, on 8 October 1977.1 He and Hon. Clare Elizabeth Anne Buxton were divorced in 1998.
     He was educated at Bryanston School, Blandford, Dorset, EnglandG.1 He lived in 2003 at Park Farm, Shipton Moyne, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1

Rufus Alexander Buxton, 2nd Baron Noel-Buxton1

     Rufus Alexander Buxton, 2nd Baron Noel-Buxton was born on 13 January 1917.2 He was the son of Noel Edward Noel-Buxton, 1st Baron Noel-Buxton and Lucy Edith Burn.2 He married, firstly, Helen Nancy Connal, daughter of Colonel Kenneth Hugh Munro Connal, on 22 September 1939.2 He married, secondly, Margaret Elizabeth Cloete, daughter of Stephanus Abraham Cloete, on 25 September 1948.2 He and Helen Nancy Connal were divorced in 1947.2 He died on 14 July 1980 at age 63 at Chelsea, London, England.2,3
     He was given the name of Noel Alexander Noel-Buxton at birth.2 He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.2 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1938 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He gained the rank of officer in the Artists Rifles.2 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1940, where he was invalided.2 He was research assistant between 1940 and 1943 at Agriculture Economics Institute, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He was lecturer with HM Forces between 1943 and 1945.2 In 1944 his name was legally changed to Rufus Alexander Buxton by Deed Poll.2 He was producer with BBC Overseas Service between 1946 and 1948.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Noel-Buxton, of Aylsham, co. Norfolk [U.K., 1930] on 12 September 1948.2 He was with the editorial staff, Farmer's Weekly
between 1950 and 1952.2 He wrote the book Westminster Wader, published 1957.2

     She was educated at Croft House School, Dorset, EnglandG.2 From 8 October 1977, her married name became Inskip. She lived in 2003 at Giles Green, Brinkworth, Chippenham, Wiltshire, England.2
