     Sir William Richmond Brown, 2nd Bt. was born on 16 January 1840.2 He was the son of Alexander Brown and Sarah Benedict Brown.1 He married Emily Mountsteven, daughter of General William T. B. Mountsteven, on 28 May 1862.2 He died on 10 May 1906 at age 66.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Brown, of Richmond Hill, Lancashire [U.K., 1863] on 3 March 1864.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the 1st Brigade, Lancashire Artillery Volunteers.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1873.2

     Stanley Owen Buckmaster, 1st Viscount Buckmaster was born on 9 January 1861.1 He was the son of John Charles Buckmaster and Emily Anne Goodliffe.1 He married Edith Augusta Lewin, daughter of Spencer Robert Lewin, on 29 December 1889.1 He died on 5 December 1934 at age 73 at London, EnglandG.1 He was buried on 7 December 1934 at Golders Green Cemetery, London, EnglandG, cremated.4

     Commander John Tracy William French was born in 1808.2 He was the son of John Denton Pinkstone French and Charlotte Isaacson.1,2 A contract for the marriage of Commander John Tracy William French and Margaret Eccles was signed on 10 May 1842.2 He died on 10 February 1855.2 His will was proven (by probate) in April 1855.2
