Sir Evan Colville Nepean was born on 7 December 1836.1 He was the son of Rev. Canon Evan Nepean and Anne Fust.2 He married Elizabeth Anne Jenner, daughter of Edward Francis Jenner, on 9 November 1864.1 He died on 14 May 1908 at age 71.1
