     Frederica Penelope Baillie was born on 28 December 1823.2 She was the daughter of Colonel Hugh Duncan Baillie and Mary Smith.1 She was baptised on 5 July 1824 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone Road, Marylebone, London, England.2 She married Philip Perceval, son of Lt.-Col. Alexander Perceval and Jane Anne L'Estrange.1 She died in 1861.1
     Her married name became Perceval.1

     Lady Heneage Finch was the daughter of Daniel Finch, 8th Earl of Winchilsea and Mary Palmer.1,2 She married Sir George Osborn, 4th Bt., son of Sir Danvers Osborn, 3rd Bt. and Lady Mary Montagu, on 22 August 1788.1 She died on 4 May 1820, without issue.1
     From 22 August 1788, her married name became Osborn.

     Captain Francis Reynolds-Moreton, 3rd Baron Ducie of Tortworth was born on 28 March 1739 at Strangways, Manchester, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Francis Reynolds and Hon. Elizabeth Moreton.1 He married, firstly, Mary Provis, daughter of Thomas Provis, on 10 October 1774.3 He married, secondly, Sarah Jodrell, daughter of Gilbert Jodrell, on 18 June 1791.3 He died on 19 August 1808 at age 69 at Tortworth, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1
     He was given the name of Francis Reynolds at birth.3 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.3 He fought in the Battle of the Saintes on 12 April 1782, as commander of H.M.S. Monarch.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lancaster between 1784 and 1785.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Ducie of Tortworth, co. Gloucester [G.B., 1763] on 11 September 1785.3 In 1786 his name was legally changed to Francis Reynolds-Moreton by Act of Parliament.3 He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries (F.S.A.) in 1790.3
