Evan Henry Llewellyn.1 He married Anne Caroline Lindsey Bowes-Lyon, daughter of Captain Geoffrey Francis Bowes-Lyon and Edith Katherine Selby-Bigge, on 1 August 1939.1 He died on 4 November 1988 at Devon, England.1,2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1

Sir Ian 'Cathanach' Macdonald1,2

     Sir Ian 'Cathanach' Macdonald was the son of Ian 'Mor' Macdonald and Sabina O'Neill.1 He married Sheila Savage.1 He died in 1499 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG, executed for treason, along with four of his six sons.1,2
     He was also known as John Macdonald of Islay and the Glynns.3 In 1493 he headed the Clan Ian Vor when the Lordship of the Isles was finally forfeited.1 In 1494 he stormed the Castle of Dunaverty in South Kintyre (then held for the King), and hanged the Governor in the sight of the King.1

     Sir Donald 'Balloch' Macdonald was born circa 1394.1,2 He was the son of Ian 'Mor' Macdonald, Lord of the Isles and Margery Byset.1 He married, firstly, Johanna O'Neill, daughter of Con O'Neill of Edenduffcarrick.1 He married, secondly, Joan O'Donnell, daughter of unknown O'Donnell, Lord of Tyrconnel.3 He died in 1476.1
     He held the position of Chief of the Clan Ian Mhoir from.4 Sir Donald 'Balloch' Macdonald also went by the nick-name of Donald 'Balloch' (or in English, 'the Freckled.') In 1431 he was the commander of the rebellion in the Isles, invaded Lochlaber, defeated the King's army under the Earls of Caithness and March, and ravaged the adjacent districts, then withdrew to his mother's lands in Ulster.1 In October 1461 signed the Treaty of Ardtornish.3
