     James Hewitt, 1st Viscount Lifford was born in 1709 at Coventry, Warwickshire, England^G.² He was the son of William Hewitt and Hannah Lewis.² He married, firstly, Mary Rhys Williams, daughter of Venerable Rice Williams, circa 1749 at Essex, England^G.² He married, secondly, Ambrosia Bayley, daughter of Reverend Charles Bayley, on 15 December 1766 at St. Giles Fields, Holborn, London, England^G.² He died on 28 April 1789 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.²
     He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1742 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He was a practising Serjeant-at-law in 1754.¹ He was a practising King's Serjeant in 1759.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Coventry between 1761 and 1766.¹ He held the office of Justice of the King's Bench between 1766 and 1768.¹ He held the office of Lord Chancellor [Ireland] between 1767 and 1789.¹ He was created 1st Baron Lifford of Lifford, co. Donegal [Ireland] on 9 January 1768.¹ He was created 1st Viscount Lifford, co. Donegal [Ireland] on 8 January 1781.¹ He held the office of Lord Justice [Ireland] in 1787.¹

     Jane Hewitt is the daughter of Very Rev. Hon. John Hewitt and Jane Moore.¹ She married Acheson St. George on 1 December 1824.¹
     From 1 December 1824, her married name became St. George.¹

Robert Henry Southwell was born in October 1745.² He was the son of Thomas George Southwell, 1st Viscount Southwell of Castle Mattress and Margaret Hamilton.^1,2 He married Frideswide Moore, daughter of Dr. John Moore and Frideswide Coddington, in 1786.¹ He died on 29 August 1817 at age 71.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Downpatrick [Ireland] between 1776 and 1783.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 8th Dragoons.²

     Thomas George Southwell, 1st Viscount Southwell of Castle Mattress was born on 4 May 1721.¹ He was the son of Thomas Southwell, 2nd Baron Southwell of Castle Mattress and Mary Coke.² He married Margaret Hamilton, daughter of Arthur Cecil Hamilton, on 18 June 1741.² He died on 29 August 1780 at age 59.²

Limerick [I., 1662] on 19 November 1766.² He gained the title of 1st Viscount Southwell of Castle Mattress, co. Limerick [Ireland] on 18 July 1776.²

     Barbara Brabazon is the daughter of Hon. William Brabazon and Katherine Gifford.¹ She married John Moore, son of Dr. John Moore and Frideswide Coddington, on 24 May 1788.
     From 24 May 1788, her married name became Moore.¹

     Hon. William Brabazon was born in August 1723.² He was the son of Edward Brabazon, 7th Earl of Meath and Martha Collins.^1,2 He married Katherine Gifford, daughter of Arthur Gifford and Barbara Cliffe, on 10 May 1764.²

     Katherine Gifford was born in 1737.² She was the daughter of Arthur Gifford and Barbara Cliffe.^1,2 She married, secondly, John St. Georgio.² She married, firstly, Hon. William Brabazon, son of Edward Brabazon, 7th Earl of Meath and Martha Collins, on 10 May 1764.³ She died on 11 February 1833.³
     Her married name became St. Georgio.² From 10 May 1764, her married name became Brabazon.³

     Arthur Gifford is the son of Colonel John Gifford and Katherine Bernard.² He married Barbara Cliffe.³
