Sir John Bellew, 4th Bt. was born in 1728.1 He was the son of Sir Edward Bellew, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Moore.1 He died on 2 November 1750, unmarried.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 9 January 1750/51.2
He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Bellew, of Barmeath, co. Louth [I., 1688] in October 1741.1 His last will was dated 14 January 1748/49.

Sir Patrick Bellew, 5th Bt. was born circa 1735.2 He was the son of Sir Edward Bellew, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Moore.1 He married Mary Hore, daughter of Matthew Hore and Mabella (?), on 18 August 1756.1 He died on 5 March 1795.1
He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Bellew, of Barmeath, co. Louth [I., 1688] on 2 November 1750.1
He had eight other sons.1

Mary Hore was the daughter of Matthew Hore and Mabella (?)1,2 She married Sir Patrick Bellew, 5th Bt., son of Sir Edward Bellew, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Moore, on 18 August 1756.1 She died on 14 May 1837.1

George Leopold Bryan was born circa 1829.2 He was the son of Colonel George Bryan and Margaret Talbot.1 He married Lady Elizabeth Georgiana Conyngham, daughter of General Sir Francis Nathaniel Conyngham, 2nd Marquess Conyngham and Lady Jane Paget, on 6 December 1849 at Castleknock, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.3,2 He died in 1880 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.3,2

Elaine Carlisle Leach was the daughter of John Benjamin Leach.1 She married, firstly, Herbert Lloyd-Dodd before 1927.1 She married, secondly, Major George Leopold Bryan, 4th Baron Bellew of Barmeath, son of Edward Joseph Bellew, 2nd Baron Bellew of Barmeath and Augusta Mary Bryan, on 9 April 1927.1 She died on 7 March 1973.1
She fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1915, with the V.A.D., and was mentioned in despatches.1 From before 1927, her married name became Lloyd-Dodd.1 From 9 April 1927, her married name became Bryan.1 After her marriage, Elaine Carlisle Leach was styled as Baroness Bellew of Barmeath on 9 April 1927. She held the office of Councillor for Kilkenny between 1955 and 1973.1
