     James Russell of Aden was born in October 1797.1 He was the son of Alexander Russell of Aden and Margaret Cumming.1 He married Caroline Lambton on 11 October 1832.1 He died in January 1875 at age 77.1
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Aberdeenshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Aberdeenshire.1
     He had another daughter.1

     James George Ferguson Russell of Aden was born on 11 February 1836.1 He was the son of James Russell of Aden and Caroline Lambton.1 He married Elizabeth Sophia Young, daughter of Sir William Lawrence Young, 4th Bt. and Caroline Norris, on 29 April 1858.1 He died in 1887.1
     He was Secretary of the Diplomatic Service.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Aberdeenshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Aberdeenshire.1 He lived at Aden, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.2

     Elizabeth Sophia Young was the daughter of Sir William Lawrence Young, 4th Bt. and Caroline Norris.1,2 She married James George Ferguson Russell of Aden, son of James Russell of Aden and Caroline Lambton, on 29 April 1858.1 She died on 1 August 1915.1
     From 29 April 1858, her married name became Russell.1

Sir William Lawrence Young, 4th Bt.1

     Sir William Lawrence Young, 4th Bt. was born on 29 September 1806.1 He is the son of Sir William Lawrence Young, 3rd Bt. and Anna Louisa Tuffnell.2 He married Caroline Norris, daughter of John Norris, on 27 March 1832.1 He died on 27 June 1842 at age 35.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Young, of Dominica, West Indies [G.B., 1769] on 3 November 1824.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 8th Hussars.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Buckinghamshire between 1835 and 1842.1

     Maj.-Gen. Francis Shirley Russell of Aden was born on 13 December 1840.1 He was the son of James Russell of Aden and Caroline Lambton.1 He married Philippa Augusta Maria Baillie, daughter of Rt. Hon. Colonel Henry James Baillie and Hon. Philippa Eliza Sydney Smythe, on 1 September 1888.1 He died on 21 March 1912 at age 71.1
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He gained the rank of Major-General.1 He held the office of Military Attaché to Berlin between 1889 and 1891.1 He was awarded the Order of the Prussian Crown 1st class.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cheltenham between 1895 and 1900.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in 1900 in the 1st Royal Dragoons.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Aberdeenshire.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Aberdeenshire.1
