     Rachel Howland was the daughter of Michael Howland and Hannah Coldham.^1,2 She married Sir George Beaumont, 6th Bt., son of William Beaumont and Elizabeth Jordain, on 26 March 1751 at St. John's Church, Clerkenwell, London, England^G.^1,2 She died on 5 May 1814.¹ She was buried at Dunmow, Essex, England^G.² Her will (dated 17 Febuary 1812) was proven (by probate) on 16 June 1814.²
     From 26 March 1751, her married name became Beaumont.¹
