Reverend George Augustus Baker was born on 27 January 1788.2 He was the son of Sir Robert Baker, 1st Bt. and Dinah Hayley.1 He married Sophia Sherston, daughter of Peter Sherston, on 9 May 1812.2 He died on 4 March 1866 at age 78.2

Henry Sherston Baker was born on 20 May 1814.2 He was the son of Reverend George Augustus Baker and Sophia Sherston.1,3 He married Maria Martha Burke, daughter of John Burke, in May 1842.2 He died on 26 April 1875 at age 60.1

Sir George Edward Dunstan Sherston Baker, 4th Bt. was born on 19 March 1846.1 He was the son of Henry Sherston Baker and Maria Martha Burke.1 He was also reported to have been born on 19 May 1846.2 He married, secondly, Mary Josephine Bacchus, daughter of Henry Bacchus, on 19 February 1912.3 He married, thirdly, Emmeline Margaret Rose Andrews, daughter of James Andrews, on 4 August 1920.1 He married, firstly, Jane Mary Fegen, daughter of Frederick James Fegen, on 3 June 1873.2 He died on 15 March 1923 at age 76.3
He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1871 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Baker, of Dunstable House, Richmond, Surrey [G.B., 1796] on 12 February 1877.2 He was an associate of the Institût de droit International in 1879.1 He held the office of Recorder of Helston between 1886 and 1889.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire.2 He held the office of Recorder of Barnstaple and Bideford in 1889.1 He was Examiner Preliminary Exams four Inns of Court between 1894 and 1901.2 He was Revising Barrister Cornwall between 1898 and 1901.2 He held the office of Judge of the County Courts between 1901 and 1923.1 He lived at Great Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England.2
