Nicholas Bacon was born on 6 June 1786.2 He was the son of Sir Edmund Bacon, 8th and 9th Bt. and Anne Beauchamp-Proctor.1 He married Jane Bowker, daughter of Alexander Bowker, on 14 October 1813.2 He died on 9 February 1863 at age 76.2

Sir Henry Hickman Bacon, 10th and 11th Bt. was born on 5 April 1820 at Blundeston, Suffolk, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Nicholas Bacon and Jane Bowker.1 He was baptised at Blundeston, Suffolk, EnglandG.1 He married Elizabeth Beckett, daughter of Sir Thomas Beckett, 3rd Bt. and Caroline Beckett, on 17 March 1853 at Corringham, EnglandG.1 He died on 14 November 1872 at age 52 at Thonock Hall, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 He was buried at Raveningham, Norfolk, EnglandG.1
He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Dragoon Guards.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Bacon, of Redgrave, co. Suffolk [E., 1611] on 30 May 1864, and 'of Thonock Hall, near Gainsborough, co. Lincoln.1' He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Bacon, of Mildenhall, co. Suffolk [E., 1627] on 30 May 1864, and 'of Thonock Hall, near Gainsborough, co. Lincoln.1' He held the office of High Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1867.1
