     Captain John Arnott was born on 25 July 1885.1 He was the son of Major Sir John Alexander Arnott, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Sydney Williams.1 He died on 30 March 1918 at age 32, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 15th Hussars.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1

Sir Lauriston John Arnott, 3rd Bt.1

     Sir Lauriston John Arnott, 3rd Bt. was born on 27 November 1890.1 He was the son of Major Sir John Alexander Arnott, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Sydney Williams.1 He died on 2 July 1958 at age 67, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Royal Irish Rifles.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded twice.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Arnott, of Woodlands, Shandon, co. Cork [U.K., 1896] on 26 July 1940.1

     Sir Robert John Arnott, 4th Bt. was born on 19 August 1896.1 He was the son of Major Sir John Alexander Arnott, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Sydney Williams.1 He married Emita Emelia James, daughter of Francis James, on 17 June 1926.1 He died on 25 July 1966 at age 69.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the King's Royal Rifle Corps.1 He fought in the First World War, in France and Salonica.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Arnott, of Woodlands, Shandon, co. Cork [U.K., 1896] on 2 July 1958.1

     Lettice Mary Crompton-Roberts was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Montagu Crompton-Roberts and Winifred Eyre Greenwell.1 She married Major Thomas John Arnott, son of Major Sir John Alexander Arnott, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Sydney Williams, on 29 September 1927.1 She died in 1986.1
     From 29 September 1927, her married name became Arnott.1

Lt.-Col. Charles Montagu Crompton-Roberts1

     Lt.-Col. Charles Montagu Crompton-Roberts was the son of Charles Henry Crompton-Roberts.2 He married Winifred Eyre Greenwell, daughter of Sir Walpole Lloyd Greenwell, 1st Bt. and Kathleen Eugenie Tizard, on 26 May 1896.2 He died on 11 April 1931.2
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Monmouthshire.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Monmouthshire.2 He lived at Drybridge, Monmouthshire, WalesG.1
