     Lady Amabel Frederica Henrietta Cowper was born in 1846. She was the daughter of George Augustus Frederick Cowper, 6th Earl Cowper and Anne Florence Weddell, Baroness Lucas.¹ She married Admiral of the Fleet Lord Walter Talbot Kerr, son of John William Robert Kerr, 7th Marquess of Lothian and Lady Cecil Chetwynd Chetwynd-Talbot, on 18 November 1873.¹ She died on 15 October 1906.²
     Her married name became Kerr.

     George Augustus Frederick Cowper, 6th Earl Cowper was born on 26 June 1806.¹ He was the son of Peter Leopold Louis Francis Nassau Cowper, 5th Earl Cowper and Hon. Emily Mary Lamb.¹ He married Anne Florence Weddell, Baroness Lucas, daughter of Thomas Philip de Grey, 2nd Earl de Grey of Wrest and Lady Henrietta Frances Cole, on 7 October 1833.¹ He died on 15 April 1856 at age 49.²
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Horse Guards.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Canterbury between 1830 and 1834.³ He held the office of Under-Secretary, Foreign Affairs between November 1834 and December 1834.³ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1835 in the 31st Foot.³ He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Fordwich, co. Kent [G.B., 1718] on 21 June 1837.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Cowper, of Ratlin Court, co. Kent [E., 1642] on 21 June 1837.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baron Cowper, of Wingham, co. Kent [E., 1706] on 21 June 1837.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Earl Cowper [G.B., 1718] on 27 June 1837.¹ He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Kent between 1846 and 1856.^1,3

     Reverend Ralph Francis Kerr was born on 1 October 1874.¹ He was the son of Admiral of the Fleet Lord Walter Talbot Kerr and Lady Amabel Frederica Henrietta Cowper.¹ He died on 16 October 1932 at age 58.¹
     He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was Superior of Brompton Priory in 1925.¹

     Captain Andrew William Kerr was born on 23 March 1877.¹ He was the son of Admiral of the Fleet Lord Walter Talbot Kerr and Lady Amabel Frederica Henrietta Cowper.¹ He married Marie Constance Annabel Kerr, daughter of Captain William Walter Raleigh Kerr and Annabel Jarves, on 29 July 1915.² He died on 28 March 1929 at age 52.¹
     He was awarded the Knight Grand Cross, Constantinian Order of St. George.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Marie Constance Annabel Kerr was born on 17 August 1889.² She was the daughter of Captain William Walter Raleigh Kerr and Annabel Jarves.^2,1 She married Captain Andrew William Kerr, son of Admiral of the Fleet Lord Walter Talbot Kerr and Lady Amabel Frederica Henrietta Cowper, on 29 July 1915.² She died in 1980 at Derby, Derbyshire, England.³
     Her married name became Kerr.

     General William John Kerr, 5th Marquess of Lothian was born on 13 March 1737.¹ He was the son of General William Henry Kerr, 4th Marquess of Lothian and Lady Caroline Darcy.¹ He married Elizabeth Fortescue, daughter of Chichester Fortescue and Hon. Elizabeth Wesley, on 15 July 1762 at Ireland^G.¹ He died on 4 January 1815 at age 77.¹

     Elizabeth Fortescue was born on 3 April 1745. She was the daughter of Chichester Fortescue and Hon. Elizabeth Wesley.¹ She married General William John Kerr, 5th Marquess of Lothian, son of General William Henry Kerr, 4th Marquess of Lothian and Lady Caroline Darcy, on 15 July 1762 at Ireland^G.³ She died on 30 September 1780 at age 35 at London, England^G.³
     Her married name became Kerr. After her marriage, Elizabeth Fortescue was styled as Marchioness of Lothian on 12 April 1775.

     Lord Charles Beauchamp Kerr was born on 19 July 1775.¹ He was the son of General William John Kerr, 5th Marquess of Lothian and Elizabeth Fortescue.¹ He married Elizabeth Crump, daughter of William Crump, on 10 October 1799 at Pirbright, Surrey, England^G.² He died on 2 March 1816 at age 40.¹

     Vice-Admiral Lord Mark Robert Kerr was born on 12 November 1776.² He was the son of General William John Kerr, 5th Marquess of Lothian and Elizabeth Fortescue.² He married Charlotte MacDonnell, Countess of Antrim, daughter of Sir Randal William Mac Donnell, 1st and last Marquess of Antrim and Hon. Letitia Morres, on 18 July 1799 at Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, England^G.² He died on 9 September 1840 at age 63.²

     Lt.-Col. Lord Robert Kerr was born on 14 September 1780.¹ He was the son of General William John Kerr, 5th Marquess of Lothian and Elizabeth Fortescue.¹ He married Mary Gilbert, daughter of Reverend Edmund Gilbert, on 14 June 1806.¹ He died on 23 June 1843 at age 62.¹
