Edward Russell, son of Francis Russell, 4th Earl of Bedford and Hon. Catharine Brydges, after 1643.1 She died circa July 1694.3 She was buried on 12 July 1694 at Chenies, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.3,4

Hill Brooke was born circa 1636.1 She was the daughter of Sir William Brooke and Penelope Hill.1 She married Sir William Boothby, 1st Bt., son of Sir Henry Boothby, 1st Bt. and Mary Hayes, on 6 April 1657 at Chiswick, London, EnglandG.1,2 Marriage banns for Hon. Hill Brooke and Sir William Boothby, 1st Bt. were published on 25 December 1657 at St. Bride's, Fleet Street, London, EnglandG. She died on 15 May 1704 at Offcote, EnglandG.2 She was buried on 17 May 1704 at Ashbourne, Derbyshire, EnglandG.2

Sir William Boothby, 1st Bt. was born circa 1638.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Boothby, 1st Bt. and Mary Hayes.1 He married, firstly, Frances Milward, daughter of Colonel John Milward, after 13 August 1653.2 He married, secondly, Hon. Hill Brooke, daughter of Sir William Brooke and Penelope Hill, on 6 April 1657 at Chiswick, London, EnglandG.3,2 Marriage banns for Sir William Boothby, 1st Bt. and Hon. Hill Brooke were published on 25 December 1657 at St. Bride's, Fleet Street, London, EnglandG. He died on 24 March 1706/7 at Ashborne Hall, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 14 May 1707.2
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Boothby, of Clate Clote, co. Oxford [E., 1644] on 3 September 1648.1 He was created 1st Baronet Boothby, of Broadlow Ash, co. Derby [England] on 13 July 1660, recreated a Baronet, as at the Restoration, 'the King was pleased to renew his patent gratis.1' He held the office of Sheriff of Derbyshire from 1661 to 1662.2 In 1671 he purchased Ashbourne Hall, and the manor of Ashbourne from Sir Aston Cokayne, 1st Bt.2 He lived at Broadlow Ash, Derbyshire, EnglandG.2 His last will was dated 27 October 1706.
