     Pepin I, King of the Langobardians was born in 777. He was also reported to have been born in April 773. He was the son of Charlemagne, Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and Hildegard of Vinzgau. He married Bertha de Toulouse in a Y marriage.1 He died on 8 July 810.
     He was König von Italien.1 He gained the title of King Pepin I of the Langobardians.

     Louis I, Roi des Francs was born in August 778 at Casseneuil, FranceG.2 He was the son of Charlemagne, Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and Hildegard of Vinzgau.1,3 He married, firstly, Irmengard von Haspengau, daughter of Ingram Graf im Haspengau, in 798. He married Judith von Bayern, daughter of Welf I Graf von Altorf and Heilwig von Sachsen, in February 819 in a Aix-la-Chapelle, France marriage.2 He married Irmengard von Haspengau, daughter of Ingram Graf im Haspengau.4 He died on 20 June 840 at age 61 at Ingelheim, Hessen, GermanyG.2
     He was Römisch-Fränkischer Kaiser.4 Louis I, Roi des Francs also went by the nick-name of Louis 'the Pious' (?)5 Louis I, Roi des Francs also went by the nick-name of Louis 'le Debonaire'.3 He gained the title of Roi Louis I d'Aquitaine in 781. He was crowned Holy Roman Emperor in 813.5 He succeeded as the Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire in 814.6 He gained the title of Roi Louis I des Francs (styled as King of the Franks) in 814.1 He was crowned Holy Roman Emperor in 816.5

     Judith von Bayern was born circa 800 at Altdorf, Bayern, GermanyG.1 She was the daughter of Welf I Graf von Altorf and Heilwig von Sachsen.2 She married Louis I, Roi des Francs, son of Charlemagne, Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and Hildegard of Vinzgau, in February 819 in a Aix-la-Chapelle, France marriage.1 She died on 19 April 843 at Tours, FranceG.1
     Sie wird beschrieben als: 'willensstark und sehr schön, mit literarischer und musikalischer Bildung'. Als Hochzeitsgeschenk erhält sie das Kloster San Salvatore in Brescia. Politisch sehr einflußreich. Deshalb wird sie 830 durch Intrigen (siewird der Hexerei und des Ehebruchs bezichtigt) nach Poitiers ins Heilig-Kreuz-Kloster verbannt. Noch im selben Jahr wird sie zurückgeholt. Ihr Stiefsohn Lothar verbannte sie daraufhin nach Tortona in die Lombardei. 835 gelingt ihr die Flucht und sie kehrt zurück und wird rehabilitiert.

     Lothair I, Holy Roman Emperor was born in 795. He was the son of Louis I, Roi des Francs and Irmengard von Haspengau.1 He married Irmengard, Comtesse de Tours, daughter of Hugo, Comte de Tours and Ava von Orléans. He died on 29 September 855 at Pruem, Rheinland, GermanyG.2
     Kg. i. Bayern 815, Mitkaiser 817, Ks. 840, Kg. v. Lotharingen u. Italien 843, legt September 855 die Krone nieder und wird Mönch in Prüm.3 He was crowned Holy Roman Emperor in 817.1 He was crowned Holy Roman Emperor in 823.1 He succeeded as the Emperor Lothair I of the Holy Roman Empire in 840.1
