Major Hon. Charles James White was born on 24 June 1860.1 He was the son of Luke White, 2nd Baron Annaly of Annaly and Rathcline and Emily Stuart.1 He married Evelyn Bulkeley-Johnson, daughter of Francis B. Bulkeley-Johnson, on 11 December 1901.1 He died on 8 September 1930 at age 70.1
