7 july 2013 - Riga, Meža prospect. During XXV All-Latvian Song Festival and XV Dance Festival there were changes in public transport traffic. For example, before and after concerts in Mežaparks Concerthall trolleybus route no. 3 was extended to Mežaparks bus terminus. Because of that route number was changed to 3a.
