  I remember trips with my family from Kiev to Kirovograd and back, there were 90's and there were only Ikarus-250 buses on that route. Given the fact that in 90's the bus enterprises in ex-Soviet were lacking fuel, replaceable parts and tires, they had to repair used ones and use them many times. So everytime we rode, our bus stopped with broken tire at least once a trip, and our family had to watch the same scene as on this photo. That time it was a routine scene )
