27 october 2013 - Penzance, Alverton Road. When this vehicle was acquired by its current owner along with the business that purchased it new, it was almost immediately transferred to Penzance depot for use on the exceptionally narrow routes to the village of Mousehole in order to replace the step-entrance Mercedes Varios previously used on those routes.

It is not so narrow. It seems that it is a place for normal 12 meter bus.
Sorry for the confusion: the narrow section is on route 6, in a village called 'Mousehole', not the location in this picture. Unfortunately I did not have time to document it today. There is a history of only the smallest vehicles being suitable for use: from narrow Bristol LH's in the 1980s, Mercedes Varios in the 1990s and now these types.
